Pointse Terms and Conditions

Pointse is a SaaS platform owned by Socium Professional Services, LLC, designed to support local stores with rewards, workforce management, and inventory management. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify these Terms at any time without further notice. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice and indicate the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Service and explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

- Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

- Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

- Service: Refers to the Application.

Your use of the Service and provision of information constitutes agreement to this transfer. You have the right to request our assistance in deleting your Personal Data. We will assess the request and assist you.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pointse, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use or inability to use Pointse services. Pointse’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service or $100, whichever is greater. You assume full responsibility for any losses, damages, or liabilities related to your use of Pointse.
The Service
1. Registration Obligation: You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for managing your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Payment Authorization: You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted. You assume responsibility for complying with the terms and conditions of your payment issuer.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Pointse is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with account security requirements.
4. Rewards Program: Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are redeemable solely for goods or services from participating merchants. You agree that Pointse assumes no liability for issues arising with rewards provided by third parties.
Workforce Management
Pointse offers a Workforce Management service to optimize the way you manage employees, but you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations. Features include but not limited to scheduling, tracking work hours, managing leave requests, and facilitating shift trades. Pointse is not liable for payroll or HR compliance issues and does not assume responsibility for inaccuracies in data entered by users.
Inventory Forecasting Tool
Pointse provides an Inventory Forecasting Tool for assistance with inventory planning. You assume full responsibility for verifying inventory data and making business decisions based on forecasts.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Pointse service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pointse disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Pointse does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
